Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website at hcosconsulting.com and any associated services provided by Healthcare Office Solutions (HCOS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services
HCOS provides healthcare administrative consulting services including provider enrollment, credentialing, recredentialing, payer contracting, billing support, and revenue cycle management. All services are delivered pursuant to individual service agreements between HCOS and the client.
Intellectual Property
The HCOS website, the ProviderFlow platform, and all associated content, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of Healthcare Office Solutions. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Client Portal Access
Access to the HCOS Client Portal and ProviderFlow platform is granted exclusively to contracted HCOS clients and their authorized representatives. Portal access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Limitation of Liability
HCOS provides administrative and consulting services only. HCOS is not a healthcare provider, a law firm, or a financial advisor. Services are informational and administrative in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
